You are a true influencer. I have been body shaming alot from past few months. I always start working out and then I leave it in middle and curse myself for doing it. I was literally at a point where I was gonna give up but your video popped up. I just loved this lines “Don’t work out because you hate your body, work out because you love your body.” This is so important and sometimes its too hard to love our body or love ourselves the way we are.

I work out 3-4 days and then again the spark goes out for few days, then again I start... and again and again, the cycle goes on but I never stop starting again. I save workout posts on Instagram, try them when am exercise. I see your good job post eveeryyyydayyy... and it does motivate me. Still I have put on weight because of my eating habits, on which m still working. Definitely gonna use these tips ☺️☺️
